Master Your HubSpot Migration & Implementation with Social Garden

This year, Social Garden is currently sitting at the top of HubSpot’s Rookie of the Year in APAC, marking a year of outstanding growth, innovation, and collaboration in helping businesses grow better through HubSpot solutions.

Currently standing as the second-ranked HubSpot Partner of the Year in APAC, we are making significant strides with platform migrations, leveraging our expertise to deliver streamlined, easy-to-use, and future-ready marketing and sales solutions.

Our recent work with clients such as ONEtoANOTHER Retirement Living, SuperPark, World Vision, MaherCorp, Burbank Homes, and Simonds Homes has focused on setting up a unified, easy-to-use marketing and sales operations system. This streamlined setup simplifies workflows and enables effective customer relationship nurturing, delivering remarkable results.

Our approach to HubSpot migration is all about ensuring a smooth, efficient transition that aligns with each client’s unique goals. As we reflect on these transformations, our work showcases the potential for impactful change within organisations by transitioning to HubSpot.

Achieving transformative results

Our work has already delivered transformative results for several key clients. With each implementation, we take a strategic, collaborative approach to designing systems and processes that align seamlessly with our clients’ objectives.

Scaling ONEtoAnother with a seamless migration

Our partnership with ONEtoANOTHER (under Buxton Group) highlights how a well-planned migration can upgrade a business’s marketing and sales capabilities. Previously operating on VillageMaster, ONEtoANOTHER required a platform that could provide a unified view of their sales and marketing efforts while enhancing their ability to nurture and convert leads.

We managed the transition from VillageMaster to HubSpot’s Marketing and Sales Hubs, crafting a seamless migration that included custom workflows and marketing automation to foster effective communication with clients and prospects.

Post-migration, ONEtoANOTHER had advanced lead nurturing capabilities, enabling them to better track customer journeys and identify key opportunities for engagement. By leveraging HubSpot’s tools, they’ve transformed their approach to customer relationships, now providing personalised experiences to their audience at each stage of the sales funnel. The migration has delivered impressive engagement metrics, and ONEtoANOTHER now has a scalable platform that meets both immediate needs and future goals.

Enhancing engagement for World Vision Australia

For World Vision Australia, we developed a tailored welcome and re-engagement nurture strategy to strengthen donor relationships. The welcome series introduces new supporters to World Vision’s mission and impact, while the re-engagement nurture reconnects with lapsed prospects by highlighting recent initiatives and success stories. By utilising HubSpot’s automation capabilities, we aim to increase donor engagement and sponsorship.

Boosting SuperPark’s customer engagement

SuperPark, an indoor activity park, sought an integrated platform to manage customer engagement and streamline marketing, sales, and service operations.

To address these needs, we implemented a brand-new HubSpot setup encompassing the Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs. By customising lead nurture workflows and developing strategic nurture sequences, we established a comprehensive framework to engage SuperPark’s audience from initial contact through to post-visit experiences.

Key features of this setup include automated lead nurture campaigns, which help drive consistent engagement across customer touchpoints. The integration has streamlined operations, allowing SuperPark to track and manage contacts more effectively. The impact was immediate: greater efficiency and deeper customer insights allowed SuperPark’s team to focus on enhancing visitor experiences and increasing foot traffic.

MaherCorp (8homes)

For MaherCorp, the parent company of 8homes, our team is managing a migration to HubSpot Sales Hub. This migration marks a significant shift for 8homes, bringing them onto a unified, user-friendly platform that offers better integration with other tools, more intuitive data management, and insightful analytics.

Burbank Homes

Burbank Homes, another leader in the residential building sector, is setting up HubSpot Marketing Hub from scratch. With an integration into ClickHome, as well as tailored workflows for welcome and re-engagement nurtures. Our extended team of Hubspot specialists are currently providing industry best practice nurture setup and expertise.

Simonds Homes

For Simonds Homes, Social Garden is executing a complex migration to HubSpot, encompassing the Marketing, Sales, Service, and Content Hubs. This project includes robust data source integration and integration with their Framework system.
