JG King Homes' existing Adobe Marketo setup had become increasingly difficult to scale, manage, and integrate with Salesforce CRM. Their campaigns suffered from data clutter due to inactive records, reducing segmentation accuracy and overall performance. They needed a better connected, more streamlined and future-proof solution for automated marketing and lead nurturing.

We implemented a customised Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (SFMC AE) instance tailored to JG King’s data structure and campaign needs. Because SFMC AE natively sits within the Salesforce ecosystem, this allowed seamless connectivity between their marketing automation platform and Salesforce Sales Cloud. By having Account Engagement and CRM fully integrated, JG King now benefits from a unified system where marketing and sales data flow smoothly—enabling more efficient lead management, campaign execution, and reporting.

  • Conducted initial discovery sessions with key stakeholders to understand JG King’s existing marketing workflows, data structure, and campaign goals.

  • Completed a technical assessment of their current Marketo setup to map out migration requirements and identify any customisations needed in SFMC AE.

  • Migrated 6 active email programs, 5 email templates, and 18 landing pages from Marketo, ensuring continuity in branding and user experience.

  • Rebuilt campaigns within SFMC AE to align with platform functionality and JG King’s campaign logic, leveraging engagement programs and dynamic content where applicable.

  • Executed a comprehensive data cleanse, removing contacts inactive for over 19 months to improve data hygiene and segmentation accuracy.

  • Carried out thorough quality assurance (QA) and testing across all assets, including emails, forms, automations, and landing pages to ensure correct functionality and user experience.

  • Delivered the new instance along with two hands-on training sessions and detailed process documentation, empowering the JG King team to confidently manage and scale future campaigns.
