Manual workarounds and lack of integration between their CRM and key platforms like ClickHome created data silos and reduced visibility across the customer journey.

  • Implemented and configured HubSpot Marketing Hub with custom properties and segmentation to enable automated, targeted nurture programs.

  • Automated Lead Capture: Integrated automated lead capture from Burbank’s website directly into HubSpot Marketing Hub, reducing manual effort and accelerating the flow of new inquiries into the marketing and sales funnel.

  • Dynamic Email Templates: Designed and deployed a suite of dynamic, modular email templates tailored to key stages of the buyer journey — enabling Burbank Homes to deliver personalized, brand-consistent communications at scale.

  • Designed and launched two tailored nurture streams — a five-part welcome series and a re-engagement series — using modular email templates for scalable delivery. The welcome nurture alone influenced over 4,100 contacts, driving form fills and contributing to appointment conversion.

  • Integrated ClickHome with HubSpot to streamline lead flow and reduce manual effort, supported by custom workflow rules, advanced data mapping, and post-launch monitoring.

  • Delivered end-to-end automation, real-time reporting dashboards, and clear documentation to empower Burbank’s internal teams for long-term success. Dashboards included nurture analytics across autoresponder, welcome, and re-engagement streams, along with email marketing and website activity insights — enabling the team to track engagement and optimize performance.
