Their main objective was to centralise all prospect activity for their “Pompallier on Ponsonby” project, nurturing leads from initial enquiry through to purchase decisions.

1. Pipedrive CRM Setup:

  • Configured account, user permissions, dashboard and reports
  • Customised pipelines/stages to their sales processes
  • Integrated both the new landing pages and website lead forms into Pipedrive for seamless pipeline visibility

2. Lead capture and deal management:

  • Built custom landing pages with project-specific questions to pre-qualify prospects
  • Guidance provided on creating deals/contacts and scheduling activities

3. Email nurture and communications:

  • Designed a fully automated journey in Pipedrive Campaigns and automations (autoresponders and nurture)
  • Created a mobile-first, drag-and drop email template for easy internal updates
  • New lead programme: automated trigger delivering emails with define objectives, content themes, and entry/exit logic.

4. Training and documentations:

  • Delivered tailored training and workflow documentation (pipeline, deals/activities, campaigns)
  • Setup custom workflows for some system transactions, such as deals and unsubscriptions
