Springtree Cobram required immediate market authority to launch a premium greenfield precinct from a standing start. With the village in development, we needed to translate architectural concepts into a tangible "Tree Change" narrative.
The challenge was de-risking the relocation decision for high-intent prospects without the physical photography typically required to validate a major lifestyle and financial commitment.
To bridge the gap between concept and reality, we deployed a 3-tiered ecosystem designed to maximise impact and harvest intent.
Tier 1 - AwarenessWe utilised a high-volume reach strategy across Google Display Network (GDN) and Meta to deliver 175,331 impressions in a single month. This primed "cold" audiences for relocation consideration and built necessary authority before we ever asked for the sale
Tier 2 - IntentWe didn't just buy clicks. We bought intent. We deployed a performance layer focusing on explicit, direct messaging. By capturing bottom-of-funnel intent on Google Search, we achieved a massive 29.24% conversion rate.
Tier 3 - ConversionWe bypassed the friction of the main website. Traffic was directed to dedicated, mobile-optimised landing pages that removed user friction found on the parent site. This structure focused on Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) without the distractions of other channels
The ecosystem generated velocity rather than just volume, delivering high-velocity sales conversion. The campaign achieved an 80% profiling rate, meaning the majority of leads provided full data on their buyer preferences directly into the CRM.
By combining high-fidelity creative with rigorous conversion infrastructure, we compressed the sales cycle and dominated branded demand.
