To ensure a smooth transition, Social Garden implemented a comprehensive marketing automation strategy, which included:
Developing and deploying four automated nurture journeys in Real-Time Marketing for different student lifecycle stages: Welcome, Application, Mid-Year, and Graduating Students.
Creating dynamic, mobile-first email templates aligned with the university’s refreshed brand identity.
Configuring lead scoring models to assess student engagement and trigger personalised marketing actions.
Integrating the workflows seamlessly into Dynamics 365, leveraging Microsoft’s Power Platform for real-time engagement tracking.
Providing technical expertise and hands-on support to guide Southern Cross University through Dynamics 365’s advanced automation features.
Our project had four key phases:
1. Discovery & Planning
Conducted workshops to map out the project journey, both internally and in collaboration with the client.
2. Technical Assessment & Setup
Defined requirements, configured the platform accordingly, and built the forms, email templates and emails.
3. Quality Assurance & Testing
Thoroughly tested all email templates, builds, and workflows.
4. Final Delivery & Go-live
Provided handover documentation and training sessions for the client for go-live.
This approach not only ensured a smooth transition to Dynamics 365 but also positioned Southern Cross University for ongoing success in delivering both personalised and scalable marketing automation.
