At the interview stage, we will walk you through the key areas you will be involved in and how we see you contributing to the team.
Life at an agency moves quickly. You may also be asked to lend a hand in other parts of the business, which means no two days will ever be the same. It is a dynamic environment that gives you a real taste of the pace and excitement of agency life.
Our dress code is neat casual. Think jeans paired with a tidy top. Just aim to look presentable and client-ready, while still being comfortable.
We are located at 222 Hoddle Street, Collingwood – just a short walk from the Victoria Park Train Station.
You’re welcome to bring your own lunch, but if you’d rather eat out, there are plenty of great local spots nearby to choose from.
The goal of the Sprout Program is simple: if you’re the right fit, we’d love to offer you a permanent role. Many of our past interns have grown into senior positions here at Social Garden.
