Not twiddling your thumbs, that’s for sure! Every day will look different as you spend 3 months immersing yourself across three department rotations.

You’ll work in the Advertising Team, spending 4 weeks in its Copy & SEO department, 4 weeks in Campaign Management and 4 weeks working in Social, Content & Design. Across each of these rotations, you’ll support the Garden in the delivery of real work for our clients, gaining unique skills and contributing your own ideas, too.

The Advertising Team at Social Garden is made up of the Campaign Management, Copywriting and Design departments. Each of these departments work collaboratively with each other and in liaison with Account Services to ensure that client objectives are met.

In the Copywriting rotation of the program, you’ll learn about crafting impactful ad copy and the power of SEO while producing content for our clients. Moving through to Campaign Management will see you set these ads live in Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager, and monitor the performance of real-life client advertising campaigns.

We’re all about helping you learn more in the areas you’re interested in — and if that’s technology and data analysis, you’ll have the opportunity to learn how nurture programs work, build reports and get hands-on in an array of marketing and sales technologies.

Our Tech team uses marketing automation and customer relationship management for nurture programs, lead scoring, business intelligence dashboards, and to manage client databases. Our Tech Sprout program is separate from the Advertising and Account Services Sprout program, so you can deep dive in this area.

We have offices across Melbourne and Sydney, but our Head Office for the Sprout Program is based in Abbotsford, Melbourne.
