Because they’re not trying to get to ROI fast enough and if they’re not getting to ROI, then they question why they’re spending the money in the first place.

Then you’ve got these awkward conversations with the people signing the cheques that they’re wasting their money.

Instead, focus on getting the low hanging fruit and extracting the value. Get autoresponders set up, basic nurtures off the contact page and track your audience as quickly as possible.

Then you can stop wasting that money and start getting the returns that automation can deliver.
